A really lovely cutlery set at a great price. They're all a great size as well, shiny, and look brand new and nice on the table and polish up really well. The teaspoons are also a decent size, because sometimes in the sets they can be quite small. Perfect. Recommended.

I was a little unsure when ordering these as I read some reviews on similar cutlery saying they were very lightweight and bend easily. I can definitely say that is not the case with these. The seem very durable and are a very comfortable weight. They are a good length. Easy to keep clean and a nice bright, shiny gold finish. Great value for money!

Exceptional quality for the price point! I have only owned this cutlery for around 2 weeks now, but it's been used for big BBQs and parties. Some of the cutlery is scratched (no idea how) but I'm still impressed with the build quality, finish, look and feel of the cutlery. I recommend for anyone who wants sleek looking cutlery at an affordable price

Great cutlery for the price. Love the knife and fork and teaspoon. Dessert/soup spoon is quite large. Not used as yet but looks on the "bit too big side"! Great set.

I spent a bit of time looking for cutlery that wasn't made cheaply in China, not because I have anything against China, but I'm done with cheap metals that discolour or have a weird tang on them when use them, and I was sick of forks with sprongs that were either sharper than a rapier or get bent out of shape in the cutlery drainer, or both. I looked at first for British Stainless Steel, but as all Amazon users know, the more you search 'British Stainless Steel Cutlery' the less of it will be in the results, in fact on that search I got french, chinese and german steel. Sorry, British steel cutlery producers, the Amazon search feature does not support you. But actually, the reason I went for Otto Koning was a mixture of frustration at having looked for over an hour and not finding what I requested in my search, and price. I wasn't happy to pay a top price for a product made by a producer I didn't know. That said, I got a lot for the price I did pay because they are excellent quality, nicely weighted, highly polished and sturdy. It was easy to find extra teaspoons in the same deisgn from this manufacturer too. So, 8 of everything in this set for £17.99 is a steal, and a further set of matching teaspoons for £4.99 for under £25. Is there a negative? If you can call it that, the tablespoons are very big, a bit like serving spoons, they'll hold a lot of cornflakes.
