I recently purchased the Cradiac XC900, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This bike offers exceptional performance at an affordable price point. Everything is fine. Very good product. No issues no gear problems no break problem no chain problem. Easy to use. Light weight & if you find under 20K MTB you definitely buy this MTB.

Recieved in a slightly damaged package but product was not damaged. Have to assemble handle, pedals and mudguard, takes a couple of hours. Note: Was not sure if I would get the Shimano acera shifters and zoom masera suspension but I recieved them. Reader make sure for these 2 when you buy it. Cycle needs lubing and Gears need tuning before using. Pros : Gears work smooth and well, suspension is good, wide enough tyres give good grip, build quality is decent. Wheel isn't bent or wobbly. Good design and is sure to pull eyes without looking too flashy. Cons: Brakes are weak , replace brake pads in a week or two after purchase. Front mudguard is very flimsy and hits wheel or frame in bumps, rear mudguard is bent slightly. If you mind this purchase mudguards beforehand. Seat is a bit hard for my taste so I recommend replacing that as well. It's been 1 month and almost 200km since purchase, no issues have cropped up. Purchase is well worth it

It was total worth it .I would say everyone who wants a bicycle under 20k nothing beats this beast.

Everything is awesome but…. The seat is a real pain the a##. And the delivery, received with full of dust and two scratches. Before washing the cycle, I thought it was a used one. Update after using : Before buying a cycle I was just browsing through many and had many questions like why do I need a weightless alloy cycle ? Why do I need advanced gear shifting, and even why do I need gears if Iam just looking for a cycle to ride through nearby roads as part of workout. All these aspects turned upside down after having relationship with this XC900. The answer is FUN…. Fun means a step more than just comfort. Without gears now I cant even imagine how to go out for cycling. Without this lightweight alloy body, I cant even imagine how to pedal through those hell like hills. This thing is so light that if you just hold the cycle’s handle with your right hand and walk through the roads, it feels like an empty plastic cover you are holding. Offroading was not even in any of my plans but when I tried once, wow…. it was so amazing. Came to know places where we can go with this cycle where cars or bikes can’t do. Everything is great. Just got an issue with the pedal. It started to make some noise. The customer care of Cradiac asked me to upload a video of the issue and have agreed to send a new pedal within a week. Pedal update : Received new pedal and now it is fine Acera update : Simply put Acera is your slave. You command and it obeys EVERY SINGLE TIME Seat update : I’m now using a gel kind of seat cover which improved the smoothness further more. Cradiac update : Extreme quality. So proud to have an Indian company providing such quality products. I wish all the best for their growth. Pedal update 2 : You have to change the pedals. I’ve bought a 1000 rs pedal from amazon and I’m loving it

Mudguard clamps missing.. Great cycle, worth the money. 5 star cycle but have to give 4 star due to missing parts.

The cycle is fantastic, no doubt. the cycle gets a lot of eye balls on road. It is decently fast enough than most MTBs on road and quicker than decathlon road bike and MTBs stands no chance. The steel frame provide a advantage of being light weight. The only thing I'm not satisfied is the paddles- they are started making strange noises within 3 weeks, post the purchase with minimal usage ( even though I kept it clean and oiled it well ) Updated experience/ review ( UNFORTUNATE MISHAP): TWO and A HALF TEETH BROKEN and MULTUPLE BRUISES- FORTUNETLY DID NOT GET RUN OVER, Just because of Cradiac's faulty pedals today. As mentioned above, the cycle had quality issue with the pedals from the very beginning, contacted several times regarding the issue however in response team Cradiac wants a video call as a proof of the defect. Not understanding and communicating properly with their flagship products customers. Did not expect such experience from the brand Cradiac !
