This is the best melatonin. It is very effective, dissolves and woks quickly. Has clean ingredients and just a little sweet taste on your tongue.

Great price for a years worth of Melatonin. Taste is good. They are small in size and dissolves quickly. 10mg is usually strong enough for me to go to sleep in about 20-30 minutes. It does not upset my stomach. I generally get a good 6 hours of sleep.
