Just what my body needs for true hydration
Love this "Once Upon a Coconut" brand water! I drink a lot of water. Like A LOT. Living in the hot, dry desert will do that. For some weird reason, my mouth often feels dryer with plain water? Addng no sugar electrolytes helps so much. This coconut water tastes great and adds the petfect subtle taste and beneficial electrolytes to my water. I actually feel really hydrated!

I love this beverage! It’s a bit expensive so I’m going to have to slow down, and also with my kidney condition I’ve been warned not to drink so much. But. I love it!!
