It was used and it was effective.
It is excellent and you cannot feel the needles.

You have to apply very generous amount of cream 1hour prior to ur tattoo making. then wrap it very well so no air will go in to the cream. Once u remove the cream it will last for 1.5-2H, i didnt feel anything till i finish my chest tattoo.
