Great gift item. The customer service was impressive. There was a spelling mistake on my item, but they sent a replacement straightaway with no fuss.

Gift arrived in a nice clear bag . It’s very well made and great value for money . Only thing that arrived scratched on the left side . So not sure if it was the delivery or something got wrong when they wrote the names . Anyway it was a present for my mother in law from her nieces so couldn’t change but no one noticed anyway
