I got this power bank for my husband's heated vest. My son bought the vest and it did come with a power bank but I thought this would be a good spare. This one is pretty heavy but longer lasting than the one that came with the vest. It charges fast and lasts for several hours. Now, the original power bank is the spare and my husband uses this one when he is going ice fishing and it has held up great. Of course, it can charge our phones as well but it is great for heated vests and coats. Others just don't compare and we tried a few with the same power output. This Vida IT Long Lasting Power Bank works better than all the other 10000mAh power banks we have tried.

I'm not sure how many times a smartphone can be charged , but, for sure, offers fast charging (very important: use a good cable that supports fast charge), recommend!

This is great I can get two full charges into my IPhone without having to recharge the power bank.
