Good price and keeps you regular, Takes a while to work at the start but keep taking them regularly and all should be fine, If not sure about these ask you pharmacist or a Doctor if on other meds just to be sure that they are suitable for you.

I ordered this product because the hospital gastrologist suggested that I take a permanent small dose of laxatives. I preferred to try to eat more fibre, but I am not a fan of leafy green vegetables. I hoped that a combination of fruit, legumes and supplementary fibre might do the trick and psyllium hasks are less costly than Fybogel. I don't think I need the full 14mg dose, administered in the form of 2 capsules, every day and I am still experimenting with how many capsules a week to take, but so far they seem to work well and have no unpleasant side effects;

These are priceless for my autistic son, who struggles to get a lot of fibre in his diet due to food aversions - as a lot of autistic children can suffer with constipation - these to tablets do the trick and keep him regular. The tablet size is quite large though, so some may struggle to swallow.

Not super confident this is legit. I've taken psyllium husk for years and usually it kicks my digestion into high gear. This doesn't. I'd recommend a different brand.
