I love this product! It is easy to use. Just make sure that you have your plug outlet, blanket cord positioned on the same side of your zipper access. That makes getting in and out easy. I love that it automatically cools down/ turns off after about an hour, because I fall into a blissful sleep. This sauna blanket is very well made and high quality. I also purchased the body towel. I use it to dry both myself and my sauna blanket off, then put it in the washer and get into the shower. Self care is the best care. This product supports my self care, health and wellbeing. It's pricey, but I save money by not having to go to the spa for this treatment.

I’ve had my Higher Dose sauna blanket for over 5 years now and finally just got this towel insert which has totally completely elevated the entire experience in such a major way. It’s so nice and thick and cozy and large enough to be completely covered in the blanket even for a 5’10 gal. Way way better than wearing clothes + socks and protects from the heat way more efficiently. Love it and highly recommend!

I have had this for going on two years. It is one of my favorite belongings. I have the MTFHR gene and my body does not get rid of mold without help. Sweating in this blanket is something I can do to help.
