this straightener is amazing
i LOVE this straightener. so much so that i bought a new one just a bigger size. it gets your hair straight with no damage. the other day i bought a new straightener “remington” and as i was using it i noticed it was frying my hair so i went back to my old straightener ( the one on the left ) no damage and it was bone straight!

This was a great straightener but I am bummed to report that after about a year and a half of infrequent use (less than once a month), it just stopped working. No idea why. Tried multiple outlets. Update: it just started working again... Bumping to 4 stars. Mysterious

You may be like me...a broke student who desperately needs a new straightener but does not have $170 to buy one from Sephora. If you are, take a chance on this product! I was nervous after first purchasing it, but I thought "for $20, what the heck lets do it!" I'm so glad that I purchased this item. There are a lot of different heat settings options, so you can choose what temperature works best for your hair. While some straighteners make my hair a little frizzy from the heat, this straightener really smoothed my hair after using it. The lock is so helpful for storage too. Definitely recommend trying this!

Great small flat iron!
This small flat iron works extremely well and is perfect to pack for traveling. The heat settings come on in 30 seconds so it’s fast and efficient and it cools off quickly when you’re done. Very highly recommend this product!

Heating is slow. I have to go over my hair multiple times to get rid of frizz. The buttons located on the side tend to shut off the iron if you accidentally touch them while using it. I bought this iron because the price was good.
