Great Vaccum robot ! but i think that can be better in a new update but is very aesthetic and match with my home deco

UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered to send me another one. They sent me a used one where the battery lasts on average 20 minutes. It can not even clean a room without it having to go back to the base and recharge. After contacting support, they told me that it was normal, and would not do anything about it. Do not trust this company!I bought one of the V60 Pro robot vacuum, and thought it was a decent product for about a week. It seemed to do okay for hardwood floors, not so good on rugs. But I was okay with it. About a week after I started using it, one of the wheels quit working. So, I figured maybe a piece of string or hair got wrapped up in it and was stopping it. Nope, the wire that powers the wheel broke off on the inside. I got ahold of customer support for Verefa, and the resolution they came up with was for me to just buy another one. No discount, no replacement, no fixing it. Just, to buy another one. I do not recommend this brand, or this vacuum. Do not buy!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second time to buy robot vacuum. My first one was used by almost one year and broken by my little son. We all love this kind of vacuum so I decided to purchase another one. I took advantage of this time promotion $75 off discount. When I received this item, I am impressed with the package that they have. It looks very special and expensive items. After about more than one month to use it, I can say this is a great product, the robot vacuum is easy to setup and works great on carpet and hard floors. The app is also very easy to set up on your phone. The layout of my house is complicated with different furniture and toys here and there. However, this vacuum never gets stuck once! It almost gets to every single corners done! The self emptying base holds up to almost a month so you can wait awhile to clean it up. The vacuum can clean up all kinds of messes and cleans really well. It is very smart and returns to base recharges and goes back to vacuum where it left off which is awesome. My kids treated it as a good toys and very excited about it every time it works! I would definitely recommend it!

I have four issues with this vacuum. 1. The battery only lasts about 35 minutes on a full charge and on normal suction. 2. It gets stuck easily and cannot find its way home after its unstuck. 3. If you move something after it has detected it, the vacuum gets confused which leads to it not finding its way home. 4. I have the Derick Zoolander of vacuums. When it starts out, it goes in a semi-straight line from the home point and moves to its right (it always turns to the right) thus never vacuuming the floor to the left of its starting point. Other than those issues, the vac works like it's supposed to. I sucks up most debris from carpeting as advertised and it doesn't fall down stairs. I feel relatively confident that I can leave it alone upstairs without it falling and breaking at the bottom - which was the reason I bought it.

This is an an upgrade from a couple different not so smart robot vacuums. So I’ve never had a self docking one before. Overall I’m very impressed with the ease of use and multitude of app controls that this one has. The first couple of times it hasn’t quite figured out the lay of the land. But it quickly figures it out and it shows on the map in the app. I have set it to auto clean every morning and am still in shock of just how filthy my home has been with just me vacuuming. We have four cats and this really helps me out in daily cleaning.Features that I love. Complete control from the app on my phone. Even a remote control option so you can maneuver the robot back to a spot that needs to be gone over again. When the battery gets to low, which is about an hour, it goes into recharge mode and heads back to its home base to recharge empties the dust bin in the vac to the home base. The home base has an auto empty function and a dirt bag which can be replaced once filled. Once it’s recharged it starts the auto clean again. The kit comes with a few replacement dust bags and extra filters plus an extra side brush. From the app you see when those need replacement and can reorder at a pretty reasonable price. It has 4 suction options in the app. Quiet, standard, strong and super. I only use the super suction and it’s still very quiet. The wheels are pretty heavy duty so it doesn’t get stuck on rugs or carpet and easily transitions from rugs to hard floors. It has multiple sensors built in so no more slamming into objects like my previous robot vacs. It slowly approaches obstacles instead. It cleans in a very systematic way and then goes back around edges of obstacles again. The price point was way more affordable than other options out there. It can connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Alexa can’t seem to connect when its in Bluetooth mode so connecting to your Wi-Fi is recommended if you want Alexa to control it. I haven’t done that since I can control everything from my phone app though.Remember to wipe it down after each use and clean to roller and dust bin. In one week both my husbands and my allergies have disappeared. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new little helper. Highly recommended this device for anyone struggling to keep their home clean.

I love how cute and aesthetically pleasing this vacuum is! It had no problem mapping out. Y downstairs and i thought it would have been difficult! It got all the nooks and cranny! I didn’t want to spend too much money and the price was right for me. It definitely got a lot of dust the first pass! I have a large downstairs and had obstacles but it got it tight! Got a lot of dust, hair and crumbs! With a family of 4, this is great and worth it. I have it scheduled to go every night at 1am on Super suction mode! If it runs out of battery it goes back to base to charge then returns to where it left off to finish the job!
