The delivery process was easier than I expected.
25x25 is a pretty large blob of rubber. It came in a smallish box strapped to a pallet. The driver put the roofing exactly where I wanted it. And since you are wondering, yes, the garage roof is glued down and water tight. I mistakenly expected it to conform to an angle i built into my structure. Consequently I have some wrinkles at an edge but 95% of it is down perfectly flat. Be careful of fish mouths at the edges. they'll suck in water and rot your roof deck.

Was oversized a little to allow for trimming!
It came folded in a large box, fairly well protected (I mean, it's like 250lbs!). It had to be truck shipped because of the weight and I still got it in a week from the time I ordered. I had calculated my sizing pretty close and this was about 6 inches to a foot larger in both axes so I was able to fit to size and trim as necessary.

Used it to fix a flat leaking roof on a mobile home, it is now officially waterproof. This stuff is rubber inner tube thickness and this roll weighted 500 lb. Comes to about a buck a square foot, and for that price you can only buy so many buckets of tar.
