I've been using a kid's metal head rake for 20 years. It was the right size. It got into small spaces. I really liked the little rake. Then one tine broke off about five years ago. Another one broke off a few days ago. My little rake was biting the dust. I used this little rake in the garden, some areas of the chicken coop, spreading mulch around trees and bushes, and raking over gopher mounds. It got a pretty good workout. I came across this rake on Amazon. Same head style as my current little rake. Check. Head made of metal. Check. Looked durable. Check. I got the rake today and I am beyond pleased. The rake head is well made with strong steel tines. The rake has a handle with two extension sections and my little short self only has to use one of them. I like having the option to add the other extension to get to places that were previously unreachable. The joints are covered by a strong piece of plastic which looks durable. The head has strong steel tines. This rake exceeded my expectations which were pretty high already. In this age where companies are cutting costs which can translate into skimping on the product quality, it's nice to know there are still some companies who are proud of their products and continue to build and sell well-made ones. At the end of my reviews I always ask "would I buy this again?" because that's my standard of product approval. Yes. I would not hesitate to buy this rake again.

This is heavy because it's so well built. Since I'm a senior, I couldn't use it with one hand to rake into a catcher. So I can't use it as I intended.

I wanted a lightweight rake that was well-made and this is it! It's small, but I wanted a small rake for maneuverability in tight spaces. I'm not raking a giant yard, I'm using it to collect small piles of stuff. It feels great in my hand and I couldn't be happier with it. It feels like it will last a long time. It will tear up sod a little bit if you're not careful. Though I don't have very sturdy grass anyway, so that might not be an issue with a well-maintained lawn. I'm kind of anti-lawn and don't bother to feed or otherwise do anything to make mine lush, so I don't know if other people would have the same issue. It only really happens when I am rough with it, not when just gently pulling it along. I'm a bit clumsy. I'm 5'3" tall, and it's a good size for me, but if you are a tall person, you might find it isn't long enough.

I received the product yesterday and I really like it. It is easy to assemble and you can adjust the handle's length by adding or removing handle pieces. Today, I used the rake for the first time and its small width allows you to get into the gardens and safely get in between plants and remove debris.

Perfect, perfect! Light weight, not big like other rakes. Can adjust the handle height too. All in all a great product

Works great love that the rake itself is small the park that picks up the leaves easier to handle and u can make tge length shorter if u wanted which I did ..it's solid only issue is where it screws together sometimes will loosen
