Product is good, seller attitude very positive
Product is as good as reviewed online, no more no less. Seller’s (Global ME) attitude towards customer is very positive. The bag was missing in initial shipment, and they shipped it asap extra.

No case.
It’s clearly advertised to have a case, mine came without one, that doesn't cause much of a problem but it was frustrating. Please add the case if you are advertising it.

I got my RG35XX this week and am overall very happy with this. I'd be giving it a 4.5 if possible, as it isn't quite perfect, but the issues are very minor. I'd strongly suggest replacing the SD card with a new one running a different operating system. I used GarlicOS, but MinUI also looks very good. Either one performs much better than stock, and the original generic SD card will fail before long anyway. It's pretty easy to set up, there's a really good guide from RetroGameCorps. The screen looks great, the controls feel good (it's a little too easy to get diagonals, but this hasn't affected me much and you could always fix it with a little bit of electrical tape on the board if it really bothers you). I find it much more comfortable than I expected - I haven't had any cramps playing it with both hands, and if you have slightly large hands, it's just small enough to play RPGs or menu-focused games one-handed. The only real issue I've had is very odd. I was on the fence about using the included screen protector, but decided to put it on. Everything worked fine for a few days, then suddenly my screen looked like it was dying. The color was sapped, and everything was starting to look grey and blown out. I figured I just happened to get a bad screen or connector - I shut it off for a few hours, tried a different SD card, did some basic troubleshooting but the problem didn't go away. Long story short, the screen fixed itself a few seconds after I took the screen protector off. I don't think this affects every unit, and I don't mind using it without a protector, so this wasn't a big enough deal for me to knock a star off. But it seems like it might be pushing the panel a little too hard or something, at least on some units like mine.

I grew up in the era of the GameBoy Pocket and this is a great dose of nostalgia and quality. It works great, has a solid collection of games, decent battery life and it’s just as advertised. I have recommended to friends and family, great item. One note of caution is the battery doesn’t have a warning so when it runs out it turns off and won’t give you an opportunity to save!

Le vendeur a mis plus de 3 semaines pour livrer l'article, quand la console est arrivée, elle ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallut payer les frais de port pour la retourner !!

Waited for ALONG time to review as I normally do. This thing has gone through its test of time so far. I don't use it as often anymore but the battery is still doing well and holding a charge. It lasts for hours also before you have to charge it. I am just glad it came in a case, cause that is where it is anytime I am not using it. The screen looks good, buttons feel and sound good. Than you can alter anything you want on the SD Card. That I would recommend buying another one, cause the one inside of it is very cheap. We got a Samsung one for like 10-20 bucks. If you have some knowledge you can flesh out a very nice library other than the one that comes with it.
