Hmmm...I am gonna guess somewhere in between. At least 16 oz. it's a good sized cup. I recall being surprised by how large it was when I opened it up. It seems larger than the standard tin camp cup. It's nice looking and fun for those who like enamelware.

Q: How many ounces does this mug hold?

Not sure, but it's pretty big. Larger than the standard camp mug. I just measured two cups into it with a measuring cup and there's room to spare.

Q: Is this mug dishwasher safe?

No. It gets little rust spots on it if you aren't careful when you wash it. It has a rolled lip that collects water. You have to set it on its bottom when you dry it or you get little rust blossoms.
