Could not attach plastic handle to pan.
I was very disappointed in this pan and will return it. Quality control is zip. There is a metal tang attached to the pan that extends out a couple of inches. A heat resistant plastic handle slips over the tang and is attached to it by two metal screws. The heads of the two screws that attach it to the are wider than the holes they are seated in. End result is I was unable to attach the plastic handle guard to the tang. I am returning the pan for a refund.

Omelet game changer
This is a great pan to make omelets in. It is a great non stick pan. The groove in the middle is great, you add the eggs and then you swish it a little to get it to cover both sides and the middle. You add your omelet insides in the middle groove and then fold the sides over. it is great. It does take a few times to get used to it. It took me about 3 omelets until I got it where I wanted them to be, but once you figure it out it is great.
