Works Great--provides Peace of Mind
Got this for my husband who has hydrocephalus and is prone to falls. Set up was easy and pricing was reasonable. The monthly fee is well worth my peace of mind. We selected this SOS wrist unit because it auto dials and auto answers if the emergency button is pushed. We also like the GPS tracking feature. We do not need a gio fence at this time, but if we ever do, it is nice to know we have the capability. My husband pushed the number 2 button by mistake on the 2nd day he wore the unit. It almost instantaneously called my niece. She checked to make sure he had not fallen and did not need medical assistance. Then she called me to say how great it worked. I would definitely purchase from this store if we ever needed another unit. I am very satisfied with this unit and the services it provides.

Do not buy this item
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! If you don't want to waste a lot of time, your energy and your money. I bought this device for my elderly mother to have immediate communication with her. It took me 7 attempts to activate the device, 4 times they charged me for the subscription, because the fee was charged by them before completing the registration in the app. To complete the registration in the app there are still several steps you need to do, but you can not complete the registration due to errors in the app. After that, you have to repeat the whole process again and again. For each attempt, they charge you fee. They charged me 4 times. After canceling the contract from my side, they refused to refund the money for the canceled contract. I bought the device through Amazon and have to return it there, but Seculife does not want to refund the money until I send a report on the return of the device to Amazon with the picture confirmation of the return. Really ??? What does Seculife have in common with Amazon. I bought another device, another brand and the whole activation process was easy and without problems and without a contract.

Great for my Dad.
Exactly what we needed to keep in touch with my dad without him using a phone. Tracking works great and very easy setup. Also the monthly subscription rate was lower then others.

Elder tracker wrist device
This seemed like a good option, but it was difficult to set up, the instructions were vague. I called Customer Service for assistance and left on hold for an excessive period, so I hung up. The third of calling with waiting I called Tech Support and discovered that telephone number was a “ non working” number. So I returned the device.

I wish I had this earlier.
So far so good. The customer service has been excellent to help me with activation. My device is working flawlessly and my wife (who has dementia) doesn't mind wearing the wrist band. With the "auto answer" feature I can talk to her from anywhere with out her having to know how to answer my call. This seems to be a high quality device.

This company's business practices are deceitful and the product is terrible. They have you sign up for a subscription service and charge a fee for cancelling which is not clearly stated when you sign up. When you attempt to contact customer service, they are unhelpful and unresponsive. They refused to waive the fee even though the product does not meet expectations. The app is terrible, clearly a foreign, half baked product. When the device leaves the geofenced area you only get a push notification or a text, not a call or an alarm so there's no way that's waking you up if something happens in the middle of the night. Save yourself the trouble and the money and buy something else.

It is not useful if you are in Canada, don't know why they sell it here if it is not going to work even paying for the data. The customer service is in the US and no way to reach them. I called the number on the manual and on the site, it is a not assigned number. No way to connect to them even in their App.

I purchased this product to use for my aging in case she falls down etc. the product did not active so I contacted their support. I was told this product needs a roaming plan for use outside of USA and their roaming plans are 2x as expensive as described on posting.
