EDIT: Per Amazon's suggestion, I submitted help requests through the seller's website. After not receiving a response after two attempts, I wrote the review below. The seller was then quick to remedy the problem to my satisfaction. I was sent a replacement set and it arrived without delay. I am changing the rating to a better one because the seller kept contact with me to ensure I received a good set of markers. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The colors are vibrant and easy to read on white glass boards, which is exactly what I need for work. However, I'm getting very little use out of them because there's hardly any ink in the reservoir. I've tried contacting seller twice through their website, per Amazon recommendation, but I never got a response back. I won't repurchase, because I'm not getting my money's worth with such low ink supply in each marker.

Updated review!
UPDATED REVIEW! Much to my surprise, customer service reached out after seeing my review and offered a full refund or an another set of markers to try. I opted for the 2nd set of markers to try, which were much easier to get to bleed down and have been working great! Kudos to this company for making it right! I’m changing my rating from 3 to a 5 star. Way too much work to bleed the ink down before the first use. 1 of the markers doesn’t even work. The quality is not the greatest. Getting what I paid for this time around.

Not worth it
Not good markers. 3 markers left that work and I’ve used them a handful of times in the 2 months I’ve had them. They vary if they are bright and easy to clean. Cheap marks, but not worth the price.

They were alright, if you don't use them frequently they bleed quite a bit whenever you use them again, and the colors are somewhat streaky.

good stuff
They are great. Was not sure I would find good replacements for the old ones that were probably 15 years old. Color variety is great and they erase nicely when done but not too early.

Not great for glass blackboard
Do not work great for black glass blackboard. White appears well enough but it's weak and the colors do not work at all on a black glass surface. They do erase well.
