I am a 50ish women and recently started experiencing a very slow urine flow (dribble) and sometimes had to concentrate just to get the dribble going. I was scared to death of going thru another urine retention episode like I did last year and paying for emergency services, doctor bills and prescription drugs and almost surgery again. I ordered these and I haven't emptied my bladder like I did this morning (after taking 3 pills last night) in years! Love this stuff. And as an extra bonus it felt like it also gave a good colon cleanse. While I waited for these to arrive I drank some Apple Cider Vinegar after much internet research (urinated more than a dribble- but still didn't feel like bladder fully emptied) and that seemed to help until these came in. This morning when I went, it felt like my bladder was completely emptied (hadn't had that feeling in years!) And the urine was a dark yellow (probably from sitting in my bladder all this time) since then it is flow just like it did when I was younger. Thank you all who took the time to put in your reviews as that is what convince me to give this a try :-) Doctors who try to push you into surgery right away should be ashamed of themselves and go for more training! I have since dumped that money hungry urologist, as he seemed to get upset because I would not give consent for supra surgery right away. (That was my BIG RED FLAG!) And Thank you Jesus!!!

I, stupidly, took a cruise and only had a few of these with me. So when the signs of a UTI showed, I was stretching these out as far as I could. When I got back, I got my order and also NAC(that some one on this sight recommended, and worked really well in combination). These worked so quickly and completely, I will never be without them again. No more panic calls to the Dr. for antibiotics that I know are not good to take anyway.

This is not as good as the old packaging. It tastes less cranberry.

As someone who has always suffered from frequent UTIs, this stuff is great. I tend to get UTIs at certain points in my cycle so I start taking a low dose around then and then amp up my dosage if I feel any symptoms. This helps tremendously with the discomfort and I've been able to rid myself of many UTIs with just this and drinking lots of water.
