Brilliant product was very dubious about it tried many others, expensive but what price do you put on health, I'm 62 and this has helped me no end no more tiredness bit more energy well worth it ....tastes awful but mixed with something else not too bad

I have 2 scoops a day 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon on an empty stomach. I take it for mild anxiety and mental wellbeing, energy and sleep. As a recovering alcoholic, I have tried a lot of things to help my mood and this has been the best and only one I have bought again and again. I have also tried some similar blends with little effect. Taste isn't that bad I just neck it normally. It is decent for the price as I see it as an all in one. I have tried multiple supplements together with less effect so it's definitely worth it for me.

I noticed that I wasn’t getting as tired throughout the day while taking the product. I stopped taking it for a week to see if there was any difference, and I definitely noticed a lack of energy and tiredness without it.

Taste is absolutely horrible. They need to create capsules. Mixing with sweeteners or even yogurt is not palatable. Effects of this are not convincing.

Tastes awful, I didn't notice any benefits at all. Tried to cancel my order before it was dispatched as I'd signed up for a subscription and forgot about it. But the cancellation was not accepted. Im sure there's other products out there that contain similar ingredients that don't taste like dirt. I'd understand the taste if there was any benefits, but for me personally, there wasn't any.

I've been taking shilajit for a few months now, but was pleasantly surprised at the effects of this combination! Admittedly the shilajit didn't have much of an effect ad I've been taking a higher dose, but the Lion's Mane and Ashwanganda have been brilliant. My sleep quality has changed dramatically and I have been razor-sharp between the ears, plus my recovery after training has been better. As a positive, I will give it a huge thumbs up as it really is a great productas advertised, as a negative obviously the price. It could get very pricey over a year..!!!
