Bought this to replace one that went missing mysteriously. Does the job, but not as smooth and sturdy as the original one. Quite pricey I think but needed one so had to buy. Does what we need it to.

I was worried this would not work with my new loft ladder, yes I did get provided with one when I bought it, but I went and threw out, because I forgot that my builder had said it was for the ladder. So was very pleased when I found this one

Delivered promptly and is as described and is easy to use but on reflection maybe a bit expensive.

Very well made pole which opens the lock to my lift hatch but goes straight through the hole when trying to lock it. Established with seller that there are different sizes of the key end-first time in 53 years of opening/shutting loft hatches that I have heard of this and key size not specified on sellers website. Seller offered me a different pole but much shorter and would need steps for me to use it. So sticking to using steps and my hand key. Shame
