Echinacea and elderberry is the perfect combo for cold and flu season. However, take note that although this tea states elderberry there is none noted in the ingredients. Instead this has elderflower. Although elderberry and elderflower are from the same plant they are not the same thing. However, both are used to fight colds and flu. Elderflowers are often used for fever reduction and respiratory issues, while elderberries are often used for immune support. Both are very healthy, but Traditional Medicinals should be more transparent about that, in my opinion. If you going to slap Elderberry in bold in the front of your box than I should find it in the ingredients. That aside, the other thing you should take note of is that you really do have to let this tea steep covered for a minimum of 10 min. Otherwise, it will taste very bland. The longer you steep it, the stronger the taste. Also if your using a bigger mug or stanley you will need two tea bags to accommodate for larger size. Once steeped it is very comforting and soothing to drink. I add raw honey for added immunity benefits and the extra sweetness makes it even better.

I drink this nearly every evening during the winter. I definitely can see and feel a difference. I didn't get sick this winter like I used to, and I feel great. It's perfect!

I like this brand and flavor of tea and would gave it a five but I wish it was a tad bit stronger. I can only get one good cup from the tea bag.

Traditional Medicine teas are really good. They appear to be stronger than some other brands. This is an echinacea tea. People use it for different health situations. I use it for health reasons. I recommend that you consult your doctor before using any medicinal tea. It can react with prescription meds many people are on.
