ITALERI -4710 Bugatti Type 35B, Scale 1:12, Model Kit, Plastic Model to Assemble, Modeling, IT4710

Just depends on my own skills how lovely it turns out. It's a great, detailed model and my decision is how far to go with finishes. There are some good YouTubes of different peoples builds. I've been buying paints and am really looking forward to getting started, the only disappointment will come from my own work

This kit is far superior to any 1.12 airfix kit I have built, the detail is really good and the instructions are easy to follow. Also all of the parts were there unlike the Airfix model I purchased.

Not an easy build, and a few details are incorrect. At 1:12 scale, I wish they had included the body fixing screws. These are available online for about 6 euros however. I am enjoying the challenge, and will add a few extra details.

The Build Review will follow, but that will probably be a year:) Italeri has started to offer outstanding 1/12 scale vintage race car models with new tooling and many great details. I'm building the FIAT Mephistopheles right now. You can build this famous Bugatti OOB (out of the box) or add upgrades, weathering, and better details and accuracy which is my goal with this kit. (see photo of real 35B as my model example) I suggest you study the many build reviews of any kit prior to building You will learn all you need to create a stunning model. I do recommend this kit for 'the experienced builder". However, the best model you can make is the best you can do at the time and skills you have to do it? Ok maybe makes sense:? Every model is a skill and patience learning journey. We chase perfect, but that's as close as we get:) So whatever your skill level, this kit allows you to stretch and learn new levels of patience and problem solving. Have fun and enjoy the journey. Whatever you learn on this, you grow and take to your next build. That's the process. This kit will offer you the opportunity to make a model that looks just like the real one, it's that good.
