Great, used as support with breastfeeding and definitely helped with supply. Value for money as have used alternative brands with less quantity and more expensive that has the same effect. Small tablets easy to take

Easy to swallow and as far as I know giving me my daily B vitamin boost. Also from past experience, it's good for keeping mosquitoes off as it comes out in your sweat and they hate the smell/taste keeping you relatively bite-free.

If you like Brewer's Yeast, this stuff will please you. I chew the recommended 6 every morning with breakfast and they have that old-time pleasant taste and give you B vitamins. I like the glass bottle as well. Reliable product, always good.
