Amazing fire, and we had no trouble installing it. The fire looks lovely lit up and keeps us warm enough. It is not too noisy, although you know when the heater fires up. The remote was easy to use, too. We set the temperature and it switches on and off to ensure the lounge stays comfortable. This reduces the amount of times we have needed to put the central heating on

Absolutely lovely makes the place feel so cozy. The mood lighting is so nice a really good extra. The fire itself is great you can just have it on without the heat it still makes you feel warm its size is perfect. You can use the little remote to. Set it to how you want . Quiet happy with this purchase

Absolutely love the fire and mantel, looks amazing and gives out good heat. Easy to assemble too. Delivery was punctual.and rang before arriving, brilliant service.

I liked how quick and well pack this arrived, item is mdf as expected and fixes together with screws and dowelling but do not tighten the screws as this resulted in split panels which are being replaced. I only loosely tightened and was still too much plus some of the holes for the screws were not correctly in line. Once together the fireplace is very white and not an off white or ivory as expected but still very nice. I’m not sure how long the surround will last but the fireplace is very good and I love the led light effects and many settings plus the three fire settings showing different states of roaring fire. All in all seller has been ok in replacing missing and faulty parts and item looks lovely in my lounge and for the price was the nicest I could find but I can see why people save for better surrounds which I think I will do.

Outstanding fireplace suite. I am amazed at the speed of delivery just two days from placing my order, the delivery guy was very professional and friendly. He asked where I wanted the fireplace to go and he showed great care in his handling of both packages, which had no damage. My thanks to the delivery man. The fireplace is partly self assembly, as the mantel shelve, two side panels and the hearth are already assembled, they just needed to be attached to other panels. I found it very easy assemble, the fitting are supplied and are excellent quality. This fireplace is extremely well made all holes matched up perfectly. The instructions are clear. I found no damage at all including any chips, just so perfect. The actual fire is fantastic the coals look so real and the flame is the best that I have seen. The chrome is just lovely. The remote control is very easy to use it can turn on or off, change the flame setting with a total of four to choose from and adjust the temperature , set to timer to come on and a lot more. the hand control is neat and stylish and lights up on the window display. And the remote has a range from 4 metres (13 feet). I just love the back ground LED lights, there are 12 different lights which are stunning, the lights are also controlled by remote. I am so pleased and happy, roll on the winter ! My sincere thanks to the seller and I would buy again and I strongly recommend this Cayton fireplace to anyone
