ILNP Magnetic Wand - Magnetic Wand Nail Tool

I purchased this to use with my magnetic nail polishes. It seems to have a fairly strong magnet and is encased in a sturdy plastic wand. It works as intended if you paint a nail and then immediately hover the large magnet above the nail for 30 to 60 seconds. That's all you need to create the lovely holographic effect. I found I needed to use it for each coat to get a deep effect. The small circle does not attract the metal shavings but repels. So you can use it to push color. I have not found it to be as useful, but probably because I don't quite know how to use it for its intended purpose.

Worked great. Read how to use it and watch video. Square side pulls and round pushes the affects you want. I held it over each coat for 60 sec , and close to the nail also.and got pretty good results. This pic is only my first coat and first attempt. I did put the polish on thick and dries pretty quickly too ( also ilnp brand)

If you're on the fence at all, just order!!! I'm 50 yrs old & have never really cared for any polish on my nails but am in love with the Velveteen!!! This color is absolutely perfect!! It dries quickly if you do thin layers & covers well. I didn't have a top coat when I painted them and even after rough use, they still look great! Still trying to figure out the magnetic wand but even without knowing how, I'm so pleased with this polish & color!!! Will be ordering more colors!!!! The box it was sent in will hold 4 bottles. Wonderful packaging! 100% satisfied!!

Takes a little getting used to, generally works well, I use it with the ilnp nail polishes. My only complaint is I do wish the magnet was a little stronger, and that in order to get a cat eye effect, sometimes I have to hold it with the magnet side down, other times the "ILNP" side down; its kind of a guessing game of "what side and where do I need to hold this to get the cat eye effect" and I rarely get it right until I get to the second hand lol. However that might be more to do with the nail polish ingredients than the magnetic stick itself. Overall it's decent for the money but maybe at some point I will look for a stronger magnet. This one is fine for now.
