Q: Can this product be used to dye your whole hair even if you don't have grey hairs? I just want to change the colour of my hair.

I would say that the darker colours at least will certainly also dye the hair to a different shade. The lighter shades of dye may not be as powerful as actual hair dyes meant for this, so whilst they will bring some lighter shade present, it may not make a dark brown hair blonde. What I like about this product IS the fact that it is not like a "paint" on hair, like some dyes are. It maintains some of the natural differences in hair tone, and also does not shine like most dyes do, making it so obvious that you have dyed your hair.

Q: How does this defer from the one for ladies 7.1 ash? Can met use a product meant for women and vice versa?

I think this is just for men but may help women's to just be careful if don't wash it out fast hair will get dark
