Beautifully polished silver heart with lovely black velvet box. A very pretty ornamental & discreet urn. Such great value, it far exceeded my expectations for the price. Sufficient screw opening on base to insert a small amount of ashes from both parents as keepsake before their ashes are placed in cemetery. (I will insert in pouches to safeguard from any accidental loss). So pleased with the quality & price, I will be purchasing another. Great communications from Urns UK.

No issues with this item at all. With it being what it was, I carefully researched it and took note of the previous comments on this and other items.Initially I purchased the large chrome heart, but in reality it looked "clumsy" and got dusty and covered in fingerprints in no time. I returned it and swapped for the pearled one and couldn't be happier. I've not noticed the plug coming loose but to be fair we filled the item with the ashes, placed it on a shelf with other mementos and haven't moved it since.

Bought for my sons ashes. I will be burying the big urn I have so wanted a little keepsake to save some for myself. This is perfect and just what I wanted. Very pretty and tactile and I 100% would reccomend it.On a side note@the black velvet box it comes in drinks of old dampness or something. It's not a big pro lemon as I used the day 2 spray and left it to dey overnight and the smell has gone

I'm really pleased with this, although I'd rather not be in this position, it is perfect for putting the remaining ashes into, these were the ashes saved for jewellery ect, it easily holds two little portion bags given to me by funeral directors.

Very beautiful and came in a lovely box. Inside could be nicer for ashes but I cant complain its beautiful for what you pay for. I cushioned the inside and put some ashes in a nice little bag so they aren't loose inside he heart

Amazing this is the 3rd I have purchased. Arrived super quick packed exceptionally well. As for the urn heart its beautiful. I am so pleased with everything about this company.
