Does this item run on unleaded or just gas?

It's for coleman style butane/propane mix gas cylinders. Not petrol!

Do Coleman canisters work with this stove?

Any EN417 type screw cartridge will work with this adapter. The blue campingaz ezi-clic ones will not unles you have a seperate adapter

Does this fit with Trangia 25 please?

Yes it works great on this series 25. Don't forget to buy the gas canister adapter to allow you to use the cheaper butane canisters available from aldi, homebargains.
