Don't take a load at first, I did and they bunged me up. Maybe take one and wait a few days to ensure no side affects. Also, I noticed that I started to smell, I mean, really badly, like a bin bag. I also had night sweats. So instead I made a tea out of a tablet rather swallowing it - holey moley this stuff is strong haha, I now take it on a tea spoon and it's fine. I definitely think it helps with metabolism. I think your body process it's food more completely but I have no proof of this. I take a tiny amount a few times a week.

The bottle and label looked really old or had had tea spilled on them. I took them anyway ... First day you could feel te spice if ya know what I mean! Then no bothersome loo visits. It seems like my food was disappearing in me, when I used to do outdoor persuit a I would eat a massive dinner and it would disappear never to be seen again. So I thought maybe they were helping me assimilate my food a bit. Got nice warm tingling in my fingertips but after a while of taking them I started to feel very cold after the warming effects wore off. It has been very cold so I think the Cheyenne was making me not notice the cold. I got some weird aches and pains but it also seemed to help my general old woman knees and rheumatism pains. So that was nice. It made my poo smell a bit weird so I stopped taking it for a few days. And it's probably quite a strong Dose te capsules are quite large. I think I'll get a less strong smaller dose next time and work up to these.

Good product at a good price, easy to swallow capsules.

Arrived on time. These are amazing. Was suffering badly from sciatica, my sister said these worked great for a friend of hers. I tried them and have not looked back. Helps with my arthritis as well. Will keep taking them.

The price increase from £20 to £27 in just a couple of months is greedy and unjustifiable. I will buy from a cheaper supplier in future.
