*PURCHASE REASON: Saw this light strip online multiple times, I knew it would absolutely make the difference in our room. Decided to jump on it when it was on sale during Cyber Monday/Black Friday. *FAVORITE FEATURE(s): The Govee app! You can literally do so many creations with all the settings and features on the app that you can't do with the light itself (although the light on its own is super cute too). *PROS: -User friendly app that allows you to create multiple designs! -Easy to understand installation instructions and equipment -Insanely bright lights (this can be adjusted if that's not your thing) -Timer settings (can turn on and off at certain times of the day) *CONS: -N/A *RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANUFACTURER: N/A *RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OTHER BUYERS: Measure out your space before buying one! You want to make sure you get the correct length. I didn't measure prior to buying, though I am very happy with the result regardless. *REASON FOR STARS: 5 STARS because our place is almost complete! It looks so much better than what I could have imagined, and its because of this light.

Super happy with this! The actual rope light itself is well made, feels very high quality, not at all cheap looking even up close when it's off. When lit it looks great, nice smooth solid color across the entire thing without obvious dimming between the different LEDs. The mic and the way it reacts to music/sound is extremely cool, something I've been wanting for 15 years, & it's finally here and it works great and it's super cheap.. amazing The thing that really sets this apart though is the app, it's just fantastic, very well made again and extremely deep and configurable without being difficult to learn for new users. You can pick from a ton of default options smartly grouped into different categories, or get into advanced mode and do exactly what you want when you want. I'm an app designer & I'm very impressed with the app's design & functionality.

These rope lights by Govee are amazing but the clips don’t stick to the wall well. You have to use the screws that come with it making it hard for more intricate designs. Aside from that, it gave my dj set up the perfect accent. And you can always buy more clips and get more creative. The effects on the app are cool too. I will be buying more rope lights for other portions of my house soon.

The light rope is much nicer than getting light strips. The light is strong and can be customized every which way with the app. Works well with smart home tech and you can make a lot of cool designs with it. Though I wish more clips for the lights would be given as if you decide to switch up the design you'll have to buy more.

Es perfecto para streams, lo pedi solo por esa razon y se ve demasioado bien en la camara ( y eso que tengo una webcam) es muy factible a la hora de instalarla y pegarla a la pared y el tema de la app esta muy facil de usar y tiene muchas funciones muy util.

TOTALLY SKIP THE REGULAR LED LIGHTS. THESE ARE WAY BETTER. I absolutely love these lights. Shipping was two days, packaged neatly. Theres so many customizations through the app!! you can change certain segments to have different colors, and adjust the brightness. there’s probably over 50 premade options you can choose from which change the lights. settings like, mood, holidays, gaming, cinema.. they go to music, the colors can move up and down. setting up was easy and you have the option to use sticky things idk what theyre called or you can keep the tape on and use the screw/nail hole. theyre so perfect. like chefs kiss. i need to order some for my room now 😍😍

Govee es una gran marca, estas neon son de excelente calidad, se ven perfectas en la pared y al momento de sincronizarlas con la música ufff, dan vida a tu espacio y a ti te ponen de buen humor. Su unico defecto es su costo, pero si puedes pagarlo, valen la pena. Actualización: Decidí hacer la forma de un instrumento musical y se mira todavía mas genial!! Para decorar cualquier espacio es genial.
