I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck for two weeks - nothing helped (ice, heat, manual massage, different sleeping positions). Got this and noticed a small improvement within an hour of first use. I’ve now had it three days and used it 5-6. Numbness in my hand is mostly gone and my strength is returning. Miracle worker or just good timing - not sure but either way it feels amazing too. I dont believe it gets as warm as it mentions (it’s barely warmer than with no heat) and I wish the controls were lower as reaching up is where my pain occurred. Long review longer - I’m please and glad I bought this one. UPDATE - so far still good. One update is it does heat up … but only at about 30 min of continuous use (built in timer is at 15 min). The 15 minute timer does not reset if you manually turn off. So if it ran 11 min of the 15 timer the next time you turn it on it will only run 4 min before having to turn on again. Not a big deal. Just a surprise.

It's a really good massage device if you're looking for something relaxing that does not break the bank! Great quality, good price. I use it on my neck, shoulders, back, legs and butt! Good value for money. I go to bed every night relaxed and I sleep like a baby. Also it's not very big/heavy so you can pack it and take it anywhere! The heat option makes it even better. You can enjoy a great massage from the comfort of your home! Highly recommended!

I am quite thrifty and hesitate to ever buy nice things for myself. I suffer instead. I decided to take a chance and buy this when I was poking around for something affordable to help me. And, my goodness, this messaging device is beyond my wildest expectations. It like grasps onto the muscles and squeezes them while vibrating and heating the area. It feels so good. It melts away the pain. And it has various setting options allowing the user to adjust it to how it feels best. It's not just for your neck. It works all over and those straps are great to help get it in place and keep it in place. I highly recommend this device. It's beyond a mere five stars!!!

There are so many versions of this massager with different price ranges. They all work, but it is a matter of comfort and quality vs. price. I got this one for $25. The mesh quality is less soft than the other ones I have. This mesh hurts my skin. The right side spinner seems defective or needs some lubricant. I returned this one.
