MX-6 (2 g)

I never really bought into the idea that premium thermal pastes outperformed standard/budget ones by much until I used the stock paste from my current heatsink (Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120) and found it to not perform as I would have hoped. I decided to purchase this paste to see if it could improve my performance at all and WOW what a difference it made! ~10 degrees cooler under full load was a major improvement and put me to where I expected to be with the cooling solution I chose. The quality of this paste is excellent - it's quite wet so bear that in mind when using it. It is easy to apply thanks to the syringe style applicator and was easily removed with an alcohol wipe when I inevitably made a mistake and had to take the CPU + Cooler assembly apart! Overall, I'm really impressed with this product and I love that you can buy it in this smaller amount - most companies will try and sell you a tube with more than you need which leads to waste (I have managed to lose or accidentally throw away multiple big tubes of thermal paste over the years) so the fact you pay less for a tube with around 3 applications worth is really handy and good value for money, I highly recommend this product!

Really good thermal paste lowered my cpu temperature while gaming by 8-12 degrees c, is really high quality and keeps the cpu cool and is easy to apply and is very thick so it wont spread to the motherboard when applying.

Brilliant thermal paste. Paired it with a peerless assassin 120 se and it works amazingly.

Real easy to apply and theres plenty more than you need. Only downside is that it's very thick which meant some stuck to the end of the applicator and got on and stained my white CPU liquid cooler tubes.

My idle laptop temperature is like 36 degree after changing the old thermal paste. Its preety good and non conductive too

It works fine. Temps are great. It's good thermal paste. Very thick. Use the old-school pea sized dot in middle, or tiny 3x3 dots across cpu. It's very thick so don't try to spread it with a tool.

Purchased alongside some thermal pads to rejuvenate my PS4 pro. This is quality stuff. Before this, it was like having a jet engine in the room. I tried a generic paste before this, and it made little if any difference. This was a bit trickier to apply as its so thick and it didn't want to stick to the CPU, but as long as you go slow and keep it thin then you'll get there eventually. My PS4 is now silent.

Could not get on with this stuff, other reviewers have stated that it does not spread well and I totally agree. Went back to my original paste which I could spread easily and I got a 2 degree CPU temperature drop over the MX-6, maybe it was my error in applying using the 'pea' method, not sure, but I can't really recommend after my experience with it.
