I do not usually write reviews but I have used these vitamins for about a month now and I must say I have noticed a MASSIVE difference in the pain in my right shoulder socket. I was constantly waking up with frozen shoulder and I was in a lot of pain. I also had surgery on the back of my knee to remove a varicose vein about 3 years ago and it has even helped with the pain I still experience now and then. These have really helped significantly reduce most of the pain I have been experiencing. I can highly recommend. Its a bonus you get a whole years supply for the price. What a bargain!

Good value and suitable for vegetarian

Excellent product. However, I found the packaging very difficult to deal with, even a very sharp pair of scissors i could not easily cut the packaging open.

Work for me

I'm 44 years old and have been doing a physical job for the last 10 years... General aches and pains were starting to become more frequent, especially in my hips and lower back. One of my customers (an ex-footballer with a worn knee joint) recommended these to me. I was a bit skeptical but gave it a try... I've been taking 1 tablet a day for 5 weeks now in addition to a 1000mg cod liver oil tablet which I've been taking for about 2 years..... To say I'm impressed is an understatement!!!!... I did a lot of research on Google/Youtube to understand how Glucosamine Sulphate works and I suggest that anyone thinking of taking these does the same, they are a natural supplement but it is good to know how they work and understand that they take a few weeks before you start to feel the benefits... Anyway, I'm feeling much, much better... I'm still doing the same physical job but without the achy joints I've even started going back to the gym a few times a week. Very highly recommended, but be patient with it... It takes a few weeks to start working... Hope it does for you what it's done for me.... :)

My wife has been taking GS for years and when we saw how much cheaper they were when ordered in this way, we decided to give them a go. That was months ago now and happy to report that everything is fine. My wife notices no difference at all from when she was taking the former version (but we both notice a considerable difference in terms of expenditure and will be re-ordering when it is time to do so!)

I unscrewed the lid to find the bottle unsealed. Had to go out of my way to return for a refund. Not impressed. I have previously ordered this product with no problems. Maybe this a bad batch.
