Si può stringere in base alla propria preferenza e secondo me l’ideale è stringere finché il cuscinetto applica una leggera pressione sul braccio. Consiglio il suo utilizzo quando bisogna sollecitare il braccio infiammato con lavori impegnativi, ma non quando il braccio è a riposo. Fa il suo dovere, ma il dolore non passerà semplicemente usando il tutore.

I'm very pleased with this product. The design is minimal from branding or other superfluous features. (There is one small blue tag which I removed easily with scissors). The material choice is good, the inner foam support is 1x2" (About 3/8" thick protruding) and shaped effectively. I found it applies appropriate pressure to the outside extensor tendon and provided me with immediate relief of a really troubling tennis elbow. I'm only modifying my activity slightly with this band on. Lastly, the velcro strap is really nice and sleek. Not all velcro is equal, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a super thin and quality velcro attachment on this band to keep the whole thing slim and catch-free.
