Great product
Very solid bit of kit. Robust and works very well. Pretty quiet with a great output. I have 6 air stones running of this, had to get valves to reduce the flow as such good flow rate. Well worth the cost and hope this lasts. You will be pleased with this.

great power at a good price
Had for 6 months and all good . Its powering 4 sponges and a splitter allows me to run my brine shrrimp feeder. I bought this because it has metal outlets ,other pumps ive owned the plastic outlets always deteriate and the plastic tube get stuck and brake off. Volume is not bad , its not loud but a hum can be heard .Its about the size of a small loaf of bread.I have it on half power .

Good pump
Having 4 outlets is very handy and give greater control over the air developed. Manual adjustment knob very useful. The pump can certainly be quite noisy if the manual adjustment was turned up full. But I cannot think of any time that I (or anyone else) would have a need for the pump to be turned up fully. I am happy with the pump but as long as it doesn't appear that I am dismissing it totally I would say that despite the fact that, at present, I would only have it set at less than a quarter of its capacity it would still be a little noisy but not so bad as to make me send it back and get a different one.

Great pump and seems reliable
I already had one of these pumps which has been on for the last 2 years without any issue so purchased a second for a second pond. Its pumping into an outside pond and I have it installed in a waterproof electrical box, with the tubes feeding out where the electrical cables would normally feed. Gives good bubbles for the ponds and it isn't noisy (noise tends to happen if the box is sitting on something that amplifies the vibrations). Happy to recommend.

Shame it was broken
Didn't work out of the box, I think it is a faulty unit, due to low stock I then replaced it with a 9810 and I'm very happy, really quiet and powerful

Very good
I have just set this up in my 250 litre aquarium. First impressions are very good. Loads of air through the 2 under gravel filters and 2 very big air stones. The only extra noise I can hear is the extra air. But the pump is no louder than the two ordinary pumps I took out. The aquarium is in my lounge and there is no need to turn the TV up. I have just checked the noise level, 35db. I am 5 feet away from the tank. Very impressive.

Best air pump available for under £50
This is my second ACO-9810, my first has been in use 24/7 for the past 4 years & is still going strong, much better than any other pump, I've had 4 x Eheim 400 & a Fluval Q2 all of which lasted between 1-2 years before either failing or needing the diaphragms replacing, this hasn't needed a thing. Yes it's huge but it's quiet & it pumps out 10x that of any other aquarium pump.

Very loud - possibly a faulty unit . . .
This is a large and powerful pump. It might be appropriate for someone with a dedicated small scale "fish room", but is far too noisy for use within a living room let alone a bedroom. This was disappointing as I'd read glowing reviews about how exceptionally quiet it was. Mine certainly was not quiet - and that's with it's adjustable dial turned down as low as possible. I have a highly rated decibel meter on my phone that's been compared favourably to professional noise meters: at its lowest power setting the Hailea ACO-9610 registered 60dBa maximum with the phone next to it and is clearly audible from adjacent rooms in the house - unlike my other air pumps which are inaudible when not in the same room and typically register about 40dBa to 45 dBa maximum depending on model and manufacturer. That makes the Hailea very very loud. Maybe mine is faulty? I'm returning it in any case, sad to say as I normally like Hailea gear for their build quality and style.
