I tried these for the calming effect and it does promote a nice calm and relaxed state, the bonus effect for me has been that it seems to have helped with a uncomfortable pounding heart sensation I’ve been having for a while, which my doctor wasn’t helpful with solving. Her guess was that it’s anxiety or hbp etc. I’m guessing it’s more stress and anxiety related but, I’m still going to work with my doctor and hoping to have a diagnosis for the pounding heart, it’s been a nice relief for the meantime.

I have severe social anxiety and these have helped out a lot with talking to people and anxiety tics I definitely would recommend. It didn’t fully make my anxiety go away of course but i have noticed a huge change in me enough to make it easier for me to get around school without having panic attacks.

I have been using the product daily for several years , one bottle was about $10 for 60 , or 30 day supply . Then it disappeared from stores and now it’s back with only a 27 day supply and 6 dollar a bottle increase for less quantity . Disappointed in manufacturer for raising the price and taking advantage of popularity to increase profits . Nature made and Amazon has lost a customer !

Well, I first found this at Walgreens. My first bottle cost me 5 times what I paid here. It works well. I have had some early morning dragging at times if I take it too late at night. Nice to sleep again. Other OCT sleep aids use Benadryl and it messes with my asthma. Not so with this product.

I can't be more grateful for how fast the product was delivered to me. I suffer of anxiety and this product has helped a lot. Thanks guys!
