The media could not be loaded. Love these lights. Bought them in November 2017, got a great reaction from neighbours right through december. Simple, but striking Christmas decorations.The cable they are on isn't very long, so consider where your power outlet is or you might need an extension lead. We bought 2 sets of the same lights, and the cord is thin enough that we plugged them in under the front window and could close and lock the PVC windows without noticing any straight out damage to the cables.The only thing I would say about the thin electrical cables is that I didn't fancy letting it take much weight /strain. This was fine as we tacked the base of each light to the eaves of the house, but if you were planning to string these across an open space, especially in a windy location, it might not stand up to harsh treatment.The enclosed instructions mention that you can string several sets together in series and use one plug, but the translation into English was pretty poor and I didn't fancy attempting that one myself!The built in timer function worked perfectly for the month we had them up.Build quality seems good and I'd expect to get several years out of these at least.

Wanted something different to place along a fence & this was ideal. All the cable lengths stated are accurate & very pleased with the small size of the inline connector. Normally we would have to trap the cable in a door, but this was small enough to use an existing hole in the garage wall that a thick cable used to pass through. The tubes also have convenient holes at the top for anchoring them without putting any strain on the wires.Lights are very bright & the spiral tubes increase the viewing angle so even with the LED strip side-on in the tube the lights are still visible. The multi-coloured set is 5 colours repeated twice - Red, Warm White, Blue, Green & Cool White. All the colours were equally effective at a distance. Very impressed.

The media could not be loaded. These meteor lights are bright (bought the blue version). The length allows the effect to look better than in short ones I feel. The system is much, much safer than many others due to it being 12v instead of 240v. I had these on for hours, the led power unit did not heat up and function of lights was stable. The led's did not heat up either.The swirly plastic stick which the led's are in makes the effect look nicer, as it diffuses the light nicely and shines it more evenly around. What is a nice touch is that each led stick will shine light at different times: The electronics are done so that there is variance in the pattern. It starts to show that after a minute or so, and then the sticks will light up and do their thing at various intervals.I wish that the speed of the effect and how often the lights go on could be controlled! After a while when looking at them I just get the feeling that the effect is too fast, too restless. The lights go on continuously, and it starts to look like a meteor hurricane instead of meteor shower or falling snow. It is too fast to my liking - but the best would be if the manufacturer added just a small control for speed of effect & more importantly speed of how often the lights do their thing.And the chords between the sticks should be 2x - 3x longer to give us the possibility to hang them up less close to each other! It is a too short now. A hook at the end where to hang the stick from (right now there's nothing, you need to use the wire (which is thin, may break) or devise some other way on your own to do this.Improvement wish list:- Control how often the effect goes on, how fast the effect is- Longer chord to mains- Much longer chord/wire between sticks- Sturdier wire, its a bit flimsy - if it was black it would not show so much- A hook to hand each stick from at the end

These lights are by far the best I've purchased, they are super bright definitely well worth the money.If I were to be really picky the ONLY negative would be I'd prefer if they were slightly slower but that's me being super picky.Plenty of cable between lights so you can place them however you like and plenty cable to reach plug obviously it depends how far everyone's sockets are but it's ample for my needs.I have cheaper ones on my bedroom windows but these are the ones you can see from a fair distance.Buy them you'll definitely NOT regret it!The communication from the seller was outstanding, they've been in constant contact making sure all is well with them and that I'm still happy with them and a seller that passionate is an absolute rare find.

These are really good quality lights and are quite bright. They will look lovely handing on an outdoor tree or on the front of your house. Personally i will be putting them up at the front of the house around the canopy. Once i have put them up i will take a picture and add that also but its a bit to early to put them up yet.When i tested mine i could not see a single bulb that was out they where all working fine. I left them turned on for around an hour and they did not get hot so that is also a bonus. They also look fantastic in the dark. The plastic tubes have double sided LED's which give you a 360 degrees light show. I'm very pleased with these and can't wait to get them up.

Upon receipt I contacted their Customer Services to check if two sets could be linked. I received a response back within 72 hours saying they could not - which is an acceptable turnaround time. The items were set up on my top guttering of my house and looked good when in use. What surprised me was how durable they were. Within a couple of days of installation our area was subjected to high winds and heavy rain. All 20 tubes were lifted from there hanging position onto the roof tiles and were constantly moving or sat in the rain flooded guttering. They remained this way for the next two days as it was too dangerous to correct. When I realigned them, they were all working perfectly - amazing!
