bucket and ladle good timer awful and does not work

The sand timer is sticking (please, can I get a replacement?). The bucket is good quality but did come with a small dent in the side, it's not visually a massive problem because of the matt black finish.

The sun now stinks of burnt paint from the ladle Possibly poisonous BEWARE

Cannot see how they justify the price for these items.

Bucket and ladle look good but the timer was smashed when it arrived, rendering it completely useless.

Bucket and ladle do the job, shame about the sand timer that always gets stuck.

We’re in Canada and just had a new sauna built. Part of our new accessories was this bucket. It was recommended by my Finnish friend who built my sauna. It looks stylish in the sauna and what I like about it is that it’s not heavy. There’s nothing worse than hauling a heavy bucket full of water. It holds a good amount of water but not heavy to carry. The ladle is long enough to keep you away from the heat as you pour water on the rocks. I don’t regret my purchase and would buy again
