Why did you choose this product over others?: I purchased an IM Timex on 11th April 2025 via Amazon. Unfortunately the watch has allowed water ingress and now has condensation on the screen. I can no longer use the watch as intended.

I purchased the watch a year ago but started to have problems with it. I contacted Timex and explained the problems, they sent me a prepaid label and I returned the watch back to them. They sent me a new watch to replace the faulty watch with no fuss or hassle. Good customer service, well done.

I ordered this Timex Ironman watch to use in the gym and out on the mountain bike. The watch is exceptionally easy to use with its large display. There is a timer function, date, step counter and heart rate monitor built in. the watch has a really bright built in light that makes reading in the dark easy. I like that the watch strap is thick and flexible. The watch face is a mineral glass so should shrug off scratches. A claimed max depth of 50 meters water resistance is plenty for swimming with. After a couple of days use in the gym I am more than happy with the performance of the product. Highly recommended as an alternative to the more expensive shock watches.

No or very little instructions on how to operate it, So you've got to suck it & see ! ! Frustrating ! ! !
