Bought this for daughter in law who’s a new mum And weaning baby Leo . She’s massively into nutrition and real food and she was very impressed with this book. Which is praise indeed . From my point of view as the buyer , it looked packed with info and very colourful .

Brilliant book, full of great information and ideas! Have tired out so many of the recipes on my sons BLW journey. Healthy and simple foods in a wonderful book! It’s a must in all kitchens!

Love this book! it really answered all my questions since I have to start feeding my baby right in a pandemic. I can't really go to the class I wanted to go. And it definitely helped me learn more about what to buy and not too for myself and the rest of the family too. It's great, great recipes and answers all your questions.

Great book. Has heaps of recipes and tips from 6 months to family meals. American measurements but easy to convert.
