Everbuild LJUN05 Triple Action (Kills, Protects and Preserves) Wood Treatment, Clear, 5 Litre

I used this to treat the whole interior of a 9x6 timber shed , it's really thin , it's like painting with watered down milk , it's quite hard to see where it's been applied as its clear , but I found it easy to use and it doesn't smell really strong , just a slight odour, not a bad one. I could feel a slight difference in texture to the wood once it was applied, so hopefully this will give my new shed a better chance of staying mould free, less chance of rot and hopefully the timber used on the inside of the shed will benefit from the coating I've given it with this wood treatment. I was just a little short to complete the entire interior of the 9x6 shed but I did apply generously and I'm happy with the overall quality, it's good that it can be used on interior and outdoor timber for added protection against fungi, mould, insects and rot , definitely worth treatment a shed with this to help prolong the life of the shed. It does drip off the brush a lot as it's thin like water , but it didn't matter too much as I was treating the whole interior anyway , I'd have to be more careful using outside not to waste it with it dripping off the brush.

I purchased this product to protect some already rotted fence posts and gravel boards. The 5L tin is a great size and i was easily able to paint this on all of my posts and gravel boards with a ton to spare. The product dries totally clear so it does not change the appearance of the wood. I used a normal pain brust to apply this product. It is a very watery solution, so can drip very easily. I found that pouring the product into a large dish helped with the application. It is too early to comment on the products effictiveness just yet as we only applied it a few days ago, however i am hoping it strengthens the wood and stops the rot.

This works well for what I wanted. Easy to apply, has good coverage even when applied thick. 1 of these covered my bin store lids (approx. 1x2.5m squared), with loads to spare. Leaves a protective film like finish, which resists rain and strengthens the pallet wood I used nearly 4 years ago. How well it protects the wood....Time will tell. It's more runny than another wood strenghener I used, but so far so good. Price is average I think. Recommended.

Applied to an outhouse beam that has recently got white staining from condensation from a new metal roof. I won’t go into detail about the works needed to get to the beams as this would turn into war and peace. Needless to say once the beams were exposed I followed the instructions by shaking the can and I applied this by using a 3” brush, you can use a sprayer but it was windy that day plus the fact I would have had to mask up and use eye protection so brushing it was. This went on extremely easy as the consistency is like water and the beams soaked this in quickly, I gave the affected areas three coats and so far weeks later the wood is still looking good without any white staining showing. Funny how you try to solve one ( getting rid of an old asbestos roof with a new metal one) and end up with other issues but that is life in general.

Bought this items a couple of months ago so when more was needed I had no hesitation but to order the same make product.
