I have used this in the finished basement for several years and it has been GREAT. There is an auto feature to come on based on your humidity setting, with an auto shut off ince the water tank gets full. . as well as a water drain hose if you don't want to deal with emptying it - which is very convenient. I have had this almost 3 years and it still works perfectly. This is made great and also on caster wheels for easy maneuvering around. Thisbhas made a huge difference in the air quality ans comfortability in our space!

We keep this dehumidifier in our room, and it works really well. We’ve definitely noticed a difference—our room feels more comfortable and less humid. There’s a small water reservoir that collects the moisture it pulls from the air, and we usually have to empty it about once a day or every other day, which really shows how effectively it works. The air does get a little drier, so my lips sometimes feel a bit dry, but that’s a small trade-off. Overall, we love it and are very happy to have it in our room.

Good product. Easy to move. Quite. No leaks. Stops when full of water. Small tank.

Been using this since August 2023 in my 750 square foot basement in Vermont. It replaced a 20 year old Frigidaire dehumidifier with a similar 50 pint removal rating. That old Frigidaire did a slightly better job at moisture removal, but it was big and loud. Dehumidifier ratings have changed, so many 50 pint rated machines are showing on boxes at stores with labels reading 50 pint old rating, 35 pint new rating. I would say this one should be re-rated at 35 pints. That said, it does a good job, is quiet, restarts all by itself after a power failure, and drains into my sump basin (although the hose it came with is cheap). It's also small and cute if that is important to you.

Pros: - quiet - attractive Cons: - not powerful enough to sufficiently reduce humidity levels in a full sized basement - mostly prompt, but unhelpful customer service I'm giving this dehumidifier three stars because it is quiet and looks nice, and because it lowers the humidity. However, it has not been able to reduce the humidity in our basement below 50% after more than one month in operation. The basement is fairly large. This replaced a dehumidifier (Honeywell I think) that worked great for over six years. After four days of running, it had only reduced the humidity in the basement from around 65% to ~56%. I contacted the manufacturer for advice via email. They responded promptly with general information about the settings and said if there's still a problem to "apply for a new dehumidifier on Amazon". We let it continue to work for several more weeks, but the lowest it got the humidity was 50%. I again reached out to the manufacturer. It didn't seem that the model was defective. It just seemed that it wasn't powerful enough for our fairly large basement. They again responded promptly, but again it was generic, unhelpful information. They said they would "continue to follow up on this matter". I emailed twice more in the week following and got one last response from them. It was an almost exact copy of their prior, generic response. By that time I was just past the return window with Amazon. That's my fault for giving it too long and giving them too much leeway to resolve it. So now I have to keep it, but will add a second dehumidifier to see if two can do the job that one previously did.

This dehumidifier works wonderfully and helps to keep the room dry. Nice to have when the humidity is high during the South’s summers. I have had it for over a year, and haven’t found much need for it during the winter months.

I have only been using the dehumidifier for a few days and I can say that it exceeded my expectations, the manual was easy and clear, it comes with two wheels which makes it easy to move around the house, it comes with a small hose which makes draining easier when be in the basement basement, which has a floor drain so not having to manually empty the bin is an advantage. the fan is quiet even on high speed I really like this dehumidifier! there is a lot of humidity and I think this is the best I have ever seen, it helps us breathe easier and it is big enough to take care of your whole house or basement. The operation and control panel is easy to understand , and it has a 24 hour timer or auto mode that will turn the unit off when the preset humidity level is reached , overall it worked very well !

I’ve only had this dehumidifier for week but so far so good. It is working and provides better information on humidity/comfort levels better than the more pricey GE I had which stopped working after about 5 years. This one is rated for 5k square feet and 50 pints. Within a week of continuous running at 45% setting, it has taken my unfinished 7k sq ft basement from 72% humidity to 50%. If this stops working in 5 years it would be fine because it was half the price of the GE model. I raised the humidity setting back up to 50 so the unit does not run continuously.

Me fue funcional pero al momento de desempacar me di cuenta que venía mal ensamblado o no se si se golpeó en el camino, pero como lo necesitaba de urgencia y funcionaba bien me quedé con el, le doy 3 estrellas por la estética que venía dañada solamente.
