a big dent in the front near the bottom when I received it, the box was ok. I wanted to return it, but liked giving it a try first. it worked so good, boiling water fast and quiet. also very pretty, the dark blue color! I tried to fix it by open the bottom cover and put some force on the dent from inside. it works, not perfect, still has a shallow dent though. consider the dent, i rate it as 4.5 stars. love it so much, just buy another one.

Boils water quickly great material especially the inside of the kettle no build up. Great looking too wish they had a red in this also.

An attractive kettle to set out on the counter. It seems to take a bit longer to boil water than my last one, but the quality and appearance of it makes up for it.

I love my electric tea kettle. It is nice looking and fast. It is loud but I don' care because it is so convenient. I love that it doesn't whistle. It has all the safety features that I never had with a stove top kettle, such as no boil dry or over. This particular model is larger than some others. I would have preferred a more space saving design. I chose this one because I liked the look and color.
