Q: Does this come with a carry case?

Does not come with a case but has a large handle and is not too heavy. I use an aluminium flight case.

Q: I bought this amp.The sound output is very low. We are using two passive speakers. What are we doing wrong.

Thank you for your reply. Please be aware that this powered desk has 2X 250 WATTS of output power. This means that if any of your passive speakers is over 250 watts that will be the result.
