This is a very nice flavored walnut oil. 1 tsp mixed with 1 tsp of raw cacao powder, yummy. I gave it 4 stars because it's processed in a factory where they are processing nuts, gluten, soya etc. too. Anyway, as always with food, and anything else, it is a matter of taste, and for me between walnut oil and hemp oil I do prefer the hemp one which is a little bitter and cuts down the heaviness of the oil.

I used to buy this elsewhere, so glad you can get it here now. Once opened it doesn't last a huge amount of time, but when its very fresh it is the best walnut oil money can buy, IMO, and I've tried a few. Its cold pressed, so don't working you wont be consuming those horrible solvents they use to extract so many of the cheaper oils around. If you're a person that feels the cold a lot, I reckon you are probably pretty low on Essential Fatty Acids, as I was. EFAs are stored in bone marrow. Once your bone marrow is better insulated, you wont feel the cold as much (especially round the feet and arms I found).

I'm not a connoisseur - I just wanted organic oil, and I am sorry to report that I preferred the taste of a supermarket brand walnut oil to this. This (for me) had a somewhat stronger taste. Maybe it was the batch, or perhaps this is the preference of those in the know... I'm not sure. I think I'll try the best rated French non-organic one next time. Walnut oil really does taste good on salads!
