This stuff is the truth! I’ve taken this for a few months due to having terrible PCOS symptoms. Since taking my symptoms went away and my quality of life improved. & conceived a baby. Last summer I began experiencing multiple symptoms; low mood, weight gain, joint pain, extreme fatigue, anxiety, and severe bloating (during period.) My blood work was completely normal so my Dr suggested it was probably mild depression. Long story short, 6 months and 2 Dr's later my latest labs indicated a very high likelihood of insulin resistance. In the midst of doing my own research on IR I looked into pcos because I have a long history of ovarian cysts but nobody's ever mentioned pcos to me, maybe because mine have never been that painful?? They have caused other issues tho so who knows. Anyway, I stumbled upon an article suggesting inositol supplements. So as usual my research led me to Amazon because where else 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm taking berberine and bitter melon for IR and they've helped slightly but decided to add inositol. I've only been taking it for 3 weeks but by the end of day 2 I noticed my breasts were very tender and I was nowhere close to my period so I figured it must be doing something. I immediately began sleeping better and waking up earlier, although the first 3-4 nights I had extremely vivid dreams. I've also noticed a reduced appetite, and more energy and ambition. Then my period came around without the usual warning syptoms like migraine, weight gain, a full week of pre-period night sweats, and bloating. It surprised me, for once, and I actually felt thinner. I've lost about 3.5 lbs in the past 3 weeks. It's not a lot but considering before this I could literally starve myself and gain weight so I'm pretty ecstatic. Also, my blood sugar has been consistently under 100 for the past 2 weeks. Overall, I'm very satisfied and grateful for Doublewood products. I've been using their digestive enzymes for 4-5 months and they've been extremely beneficial as well.

Please make this in just powder so it’s more affordable. Anyways I ran out and thought I’d switch to another brand that was powder and didn’t work. I got this overnight and within hours kickstarted period. If I stay on this with no lapses, cycle is regular but if I skip it for weeks and start it that’s when it jump starts period so maybe schedule accordingly . Anyways really works and I only really need 1 or 2 a day to avoid symptoms but plenty of people take much more. Idk what sorcery is in this but it’s so quick acting. No idea why other brand didn’t work because it was same ingredient. I have tried chiro myo type but didn’t like how I felt so you might have to try out a few before deciding. It does work extremely fast for me but give a month since everyone is different.

I’ve never taken Inositol before, this is my first time trying it. I was reading about the benefits of it and bought this brand because I take a lot of their products and they are quality products. Since this is my first time using, I’m thinking that they are helping me? But in all fairness, I’m going to have to use them for a few more months before I can really give them a fair rating. But at this point, I’m giving them a 4 star?

Good brand of vitamins. Good price. I don't know if it works yet only been taking for a week but will let you know in update.
