Perfect fit and function for my new iPad. Serves as a protective cover when closed. Magnetic connection works well, and easily detaches when no separate keyboard is required. Keyboard quality is similar to my laptop. I first tried a well-rated knock-off keyboard to save money, though returned it.

Connects proper. Works well. Like layout and texture is comfortable. Magnet clicks in place. Overall quality was very high.

Definitely the highest quality I have found for a keyboard case, but I’d prefer the feature of the magic keyboards that stand up the iPad without a kickstand. However, I’m extremely pleased with the magnetic strength, the fit, the premium look, and I have had absolutely no issues with connectivity. The only thing that could be a potential downfall is the white color. It will definitely be easy to smudge and cost a lot of upkeep to maintain the white color. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase!

I’m typing this on my keyboard that arrived this morning. I am “older” (I hate the word “elderly”) and an Apple idiot: my new Apple Gen 10 iPad languished on my desk for 6 months because I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Last week my out-of-state son sat next to me and walked me through the process, which was, of course, easy. Gen 10 is not compatible with a previous generic keyboard, which I had also bought but never tried to use with my older Gen 7 iPad. Stay with me: this is not about me, it’s about how brilliant my brand-new Apple (TM) keyboard is. Son also coached me through the process of ordering a new keyboard. Generic? Compatibility unclear, so I really splurged to buy this keyboard, and I’m SO happy I did. I actually figured out (solo) how to use the kickstand, and then—voila!—the keyboard just started to work. I did nothing. Nothing. 10 minutes from opening the box to typing. So…wow! Thank you, Apple! I am also an excellent typist, and love love love the touch and feel of this keyboard: light, fast. Wow. Finally, I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on or charge it, so I re-read the product description: no turning on required, no charging required. Wow. Did I say “Wow”? I’m SO happy I splurged on the real Apple product this time around!

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! The quality is NOT there. I am an Apple fan. Have bought everything from them, but this is awful and they should be ashamed. The back is flimsy and only works on a large hard surface like a desk or table. It is so cheap and overpriced. The ipad falls off when used with the cheap back. Keyboard is the only nice thing. I don't get why they made this cover like this. Also, my pencil falls off constantly. Afraid I would lose it. Sent it back.

The keyboard is very useful to me since I can use it on my iPad and make it as a laptop. Very light weight and original product. It is detachable and can be used as either cover or as keyboard.

Super happy with the way that this works with my 10th Generation iPad. -Affordable way to use like a computer. Save money! -Great option for anyone, including college/university students. -Note taking with this keyboard has made it incredibly simple. Highly Recommended!

Only problem is that it doesn’t have keyboard lights

I have the Magic Keyboard for my iPad Pro and love it. I thought this would work for a family member’s iPad Air. It doesn’t stay up like the one for the pro. It doesn’t support its weight- you have to prop the iPad against something or lay the entire thing flat to use it on your lap. here is a kickstand but that doesn’t help for sitting in bed or a chair. It also separates from the iPad far too easily. Apple dropped the ball on this.
