This is worth every penny, it is amazing!! I use it for my Euro Truck Simulator 2 on Steam as a control panel for various switches and it works great. It has 27 switch capabilities plus a switched joystick. A truly amazing piece of kit. Very happy

Avid simmers.... This is an amazing all rounder (even if primarily designed for Farming Simulator), be it ATS/ETS2, OMSI, Tourist Bus Simulator or Fernbus Coach Sim. Was slightly disappointed that the switches were actually only buttons, but certainly not world changing. Do not own a copy of Farming Simulator myself, so cannot comment in regards to that game and this device.

So this was bought mainly for ETS 2 and works ok to an extent for that, problem is that trying to remember everything you have mapped is quite difficult then some of the switches look like rocker switches but theyre not. The Joystick is novel as it has 2 different options at the touch of a button on the top of it, but feels very flimsy like it would break if you pulled on it to hard. I've not managed to use it on Farm Sim yet as i can't figure out how to use my Wheel and this box in conjunction with each other same goes for Snow Runner as it's not quite obvious how its done. Also i'd love to use the Joystick as a Brake Bias adjuster in ACC but ACC only recognises the buttons and not the joystick. All in all its quite expensive for a plastic box with some buttons on it....

This unit was originally produced by Saitek who were taken over by Logitech. The product on Amazon is shown in Logitech packaging however I received the older Saitek boxed model. I use this mainly with Euro Truck & American Truck Simulator in conjunction with a Thrustmaster steering wheel & pedals. Both games offer easy configuration of all the buttons & joystick. I haven't got it to work with Farm Simulator 2015 yet, but I've not really played this much so I don't know if there's a trick to getting the game to set up the stated default control configuration. Overall the unit seems very sturdy in construction and the buttons all have a nice click when pushed. The joystick has a dual action which is toggled by the red button on the top of the stick. (X/Y axis or X/Y rotation) It certainly a lot quicker to find a desire function compared to using the computer keyboard. There are a few things that were a little disappointing however, firstly the joystick doesn't have the smooth movement I expected. It feels as through its slightly catching on something when pushed to the right. Despite this it works in game as expected. The four square keys look like on/off switches but they are actually just push buttons like the rest. More disappointing is the speed/cruise control wheel. On my unit the push down click action on the wheel is very hit or miss and often the wheel sticks in the down position instead of popping back up. Also turning the wheel doesn't give a particularly fine adjustment. It all feels a bit hit or miss and is definitely the weakest feature. The unit can be used with any game that allows keys/controls to be mapped, so it would also be useful for other games such as flight & train simulators, or even racing simulators such Assetto Corsa, Project Cars etc. There's a good length of cable and a large padded screw clamp which allows fixing to a desk up to thickness of around 40mm. No drivers are supplied so it's just plug and play. I've heard the build quality on the Logitech branded units is supposed to be better, so not entirely happy that I received the older Saitek version given the price and Amazon product description. Overall it works well and does more or less what I wanted.

I Use this with my Logitech 29 on Euro Truck sim 2 and it is great so easy to install (on PC and in the game) and i still have buttons left over. The clamp is good and strong and fits onto my thin glass desk. There are ONLY buttons on this even low some of them look like rocker switch! well worth the money

Like the title says this is a great addition if you play simulation games like farm SIM, ETS2, ATS even ED. The build quality it solid and the stick with twist axis has a great tactile feel to it, also the desk clamp holds the unit securely to my desk.

Using on Eurotruck Simulator 2. Brilliant, a game changer. Key pressure needs to be very precise, but you get used to it. Very easy to set up and assign buttons. The joy stick, which I use for looking left, right, forward and external views, is very good. I can’t imagine playing without it. Highly recommend it.

Got this to work on The Bus, Tramsim, Fernbus etc and some will require some tinkering, while others will only require changing the key bindings in the settings and will work 100% but its a pain if there are loads of key changes like farm sim but it can be done it just take time I'm not sure whether this is discontinued or if companies no longer make these because there are no drivers on websites, and it's as simple as plug and play using USB. The Joystick is unique in that it has two possibilities at the push of a button and also has twist axes but it feels weak as though it would break Others claim it works on the Xbox and PS5, however you will need a USB hub to make it function correctly I am told The product is most likely made from materials that cost no more than £40/$50. The plastic feels cheap and could break anytime. There is a dead zone on the joystick and finally, the scroll wheel is really sloppy. It has a button that activates when you press it down it is bad because very mild pressure will set it off. Please remember its plug and play out of the box but your hard work will be changing the key bindings in games if they work and don't forget either print out a blank template of the keys on the panel or have a good memory of what does what. Anche se realizzato per FS 2015, è perfettamente compatibile con il nuovo FS 2017. Rende più realistica l'esperienza di gioco vista la "somiglianza" con le plance comandi laterali dei veri trattori e mietitrebbie. Ottimo e comodissimo il joystick. Anche gli altri tasti, raggruppati per colore, permettono di “mappare” (tramite il menù Opzioni/Comandi del FS) in modo comodo e razionale tutti i controlli. Installazione immediata. Cavo USB molto lungo che evita qualunque problema di collegamento. Consiglio di usare una porta USB posteriore (per garantire un livello di corrente di alimentazione adeguato).

If you got a steering wheel or plan to buy one for FS22 then I can highly recommend getting the Side Panel as well. Super easy to set up and use and very convenient with all the buttons, joystick and the little scroll wheel! If you're on the fence about buying it then I say go for it, you won't regret it.

Etant adepte des "activités ouvrières" à Star Citizen, avec parfois un peu de combat, je recherchai quelque chose qui soit abordable pour compléter mon x52 pro. J’ai longtemps hésité à prendre un T16000 en main gauche jusqu’à tomber par hasard sur ce panneau latéral pour véhicule lourd, et ses 25 boutons et son mini-joystick m’ont vite fait de l’oeil. En l’état, il fonctionne très bien à Star Citizen, le panneau est pleinement reconnu même si je passe par Joystick Gremlin pour l’assignation des boutons afin qu’ils retournent un code clavier, et ne garde que l’assignation des axes de rotation directement en jeu. Le seul reproche que je lui fais est vis-à-vis de l’encombrement sur le bureau, si je le fixe tel qu’il devrait l’être, le panneau est bien trop en retrait par rapport à mon joystick, du coup j’ai dû bricoler mon bureau pour lui réserver un emplacement plus adapté au jeu. A noter que le mini-joystick à deux fois 3 axes, un des deux boutons se trouvant sur le dessus permet de switcher de configuration, et ces 6 axes sont bien évidemment paramétrables dans SC.
