3 of these are perfect for home gyms that have 10lb increments.

Our adjustments to our weight machine go in 10 lb increments and being fairly new to weight machines, I decided to try this for a 2.5 increase. Was perfect, slips on and off easily.

Once you clean off the storage/shipping goop, it's a nice clean 2.5lb weight for weight stack home gyms. I have a Body-Solid PowerLine with the leg press attachment, and 3 of these are handy to be able to get 2.5lb increments on non-leg press lifts and 5lb increments on leg press lifts.
